Personality: Calm and collected at some points, yet totally unstable at others. Both of his selves fight are constantly fighting each other, yet upon gaining the president's chair, his calm and logical self takes control. He's an absolute genius, and knows it, and can make sacrifices to achieve his ends. He has a swaying moral code, yet knows his limits.

Profile: Kino began as a low level government employee, moving up the ranks until he finally created the android line. However, upon the first units being destroyed by the Five, he was fired from his place. He later came back with his influence in order to assassinate President Mishima and take the chair, for reasons not made up yet. As stated, he is unstable, as shown through his "flowery" language and threats at SSJ in chapter 19, yet calms himself when at his job. His instability is connected with a dead girl named Yuki... More about him and his past will be revealed later, along with how he is connected to the characters...
